Please be informed that MotivIT's Data Center located in Hurricane Electric encountered a brief network disruption between 11:40 AM - 11:50 AM PST with a total downtime duration of 10 minutes.
Affected Services:
All MotivIT core infrastructures and cloud services such as web servers (client websites, intranets/portals), phone system, service desk mailbox (servicedesk@motivit.com).
Root Cause and Corrective Action:
Per HE Support's findings, it was a result of a DDoS Attack on another customer. They have since null routed the IPs in question and relocated the customer's hardware to avoid impacting downstream clients.
