            <title type="text"><![CDATA[MotivIT's Data Center Brief Network Disruption]]></title>

            <summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Please be informed that MotivIT's Data Center located in Hurricane Electric encountered a brief network disruption between 11:40 AM - 11:50 AM PST with a total downtime duration of 10 minutes.</p>
<p>Affected Services:
All MotivIT core infrastructures and cloud services such as web servers (client websites, intranets/portals), phone system, service desk mailbox (servicedesk@motivit.com).</p>
<p>Root Cause and Corrective Action:
Per HE Support's findings, it was a result of a DDoS Attack on another customer. They have since null routed the IPs in question and relocated the customer's hardware to avoid impacting downstream clients.</p>
